    Are you a clinic?

    No. We don't diagnose or treat. We find the clinic and the doctor, book the visit and help with the language — the clinic's doctors do the treatment.

    How soon can I see a doctor?

    A GP, pediatrician or lab tests — often the same day. A specific doctor — a day ahead. Several doctors in one visit — better to come at 8 am.

    What should I bring?

    Your passport and any previous test results. For blood tests and an abdominal ultrasound come fasting — water is fine.

    Which languages do you speak?

    English and Russian. We talk to the clinic in Vietnamese for you.

    Will my insurance work?

    It depends on your policy. The clinic gives you receipts and medical documents for your insurer. Check the terms with your insurer in advance — we'll tell you what to ask.

    Do you help with children?

    Yes: a pediatrician at the clinic or at home, lab tests, vaccinations.
